Tasks. Each participant is tasked with:
- Consulting the project log for place-names to map (approximately 60-90 place-names per participant).
- Mapping place-names onto a digital map using Recogito.
- Reviewing the mapped locations of one other team member.
- Alerting the event organizer when maps are completed for data export.
- Sending a URL of the new maps for uploading to the Completed Maps page.
- Coming to the discussion about the event at the Marco Manuscript Workshop, 3:00-4:45 EST, Saturday, February 6.
Timing. Project meeting and/or activity periods are the following:
- Orientation meeting: Thursday February 4 at 8PM EST, or Friday February 4 8AM (30 minutes).
- Mapping and reviewing from Friday, February 5 8:30 AM until noon, Saturday, February 6.
- Meeting to touch base, noon, Saturday, February 6 (lunch-time meeting).
- Project Presentation Saturday, February 6 at 3:00 PM EST.
